Throughout history and across all fields of activity, humans have always strived to "do things well," meaning to achieve quality.
To give quality an objective meaning, quantitative measures are associated with it.
Quality?:
- Quality consists of achieving the objectives for which a process was initially designed.
- Quality approach: It aims to improve the public service of higher education, both in terms of its product (graduates and research results) and its management.
The unit assists in the development of a quality "framework" and pilots the evaluations the university will undertake. It is responsible for facilitating the interpretation of evaluations. The unit monitors documents issued by various national and international organizations specializing in Quality Assurance. Based on this, it develops evaluation procedures, and the forms and documents necessary for internal evaluation. The unit contributes to the successful capitalization and sustainability of the university's "Quality Assurance" practices and participates in any local, regional, or national initiatives in the field of QA. The unit promotes internal and external communication and will make every effort to participate in various events in the field and to publish in scientific journals within the domain.
