Missions of the Quality Assurance Unit

The unit assists in the development of a quality framework and manages the evaluations undertaken by the university. It is responsible for facilitating the interpretation of evaluation results.

The unit monitors documents issued by various national and international bodies specialized in Quality Assurance. Based on these documents, it develops evaluation procedures, forms, and materials required for internal evaluation.

The unit contributes to the success, capitalization, and sustainability of the university’s experiences in Quality Assurance practices and supports local, regional, and national initiatives in the field of QA.

The unit promotes internal and external communication and endeavors to participate in relevant events and publish in scientific journals related to Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Manager

The RAQ serves as the facilitator of the Quality Assurance Cell, mobilizing all necessary resources to ensure its effective operation.

The RAQ acts as the quality liaison between the institution and the Commission for the Implementation of Quality Assurance in Higher Education (CIAQES).

The RAQ promotes initiatives aimed at improving the various evaluations conducted by the institution.

The RAQ provides external evaluators with all relevant information and informs them of any difficulties encountered.

The RAQ participates in the preparation of evaluation reports and oversees their validation, dissemination, and archiving.

The RAQ is responsible for awareness-raising, information dissemination, and the facilitation of activities (e.g., document development and meeting organization).

The RAQ coordinates activities among the various subdivisions of the cell at the institutional level and between these entities and the institution’s management and structures.
